Reydon Tiger 2020 Seniors

Ridge Yowell is a Reydon senior and the son of Jeremy and Nikki Gourley, the grandson of Joe and Dana Yowell, Shirley Whitten, Lee Plummer, and Rick Gourley. Ridge was involved with FFA throughout high school, and his interests include playing guitar and hanging out with buddies. After high school, Ridge plans to attend vo-tech school to become a welder.

Reydon Names Top Eighth Grade Students

Reydon Public Schools has announced their top student in the Eighth grade. Carissa Bailey and Kadem Markham are co-Valedictorians and Barret Thompson is the Salutatorian.

Carissa Bailey is Reydon’s 8th grade co-valedictorian. She is the daughter of Clint and Rose Bailey, the granddaughter of Joe and Darla Bailey and Wayne and Sharon Carter. She is involved in softball (fast and slow pitch), cheerleading, FFA, industrial arts, and she is a member of the state qualifying Reydon Academic Team. Her hobbies include dancing (jazz, lyrical, ballet, hip hop); she also competes at Regional and National Dance Competitions. Her other hobbies include hunting, fishing, and spending time with her family and friends. Her advice to other students: “Be who you are, because those who matter don’t mind and those who mind don’t matter.” Carissa’s favorite quote is, “There are no walls, no bolts, no locks that anyone can put on your mind.” – Otto Frank

Reydon Public Schools has announced their top students in the Class of 2020. Olivia Schmidt is the Valedictorian and Gina Porter is the Salutatorian.

Olivia Schmidt is Reydon’s 2020 senior valedictorian. She is the daughter of Greg and Sandy Schmidt, and the granddaughter of Sue Suttle and Peggy Schmidt. Olivia was very involved with FFA during high school, and she was also a member of the Student Council. She enjoys reading, playing the violin, and drawing.
