The majority of the adults who attended the 1912 reunion of Old Timers in Cheyenne were those who had made the Run twenty years before on April 19, 1892. One who met the age requirement to make the run might not be more than 41 years of age when the first reunion was held. The picnic was held on what was then a ball park west of Cheyenne.
