4-Wheelers, Go-Karts & Mini-Bikes are NOT Legal in Cheyenne

“As school is almost out and the weather has become warmer, we experienced a significant increase in unlicensed juveniles driving illegal vehicles on public roadways within the city limits,” said Cheyenne City Manager Nehemiah Yager. “We have had concerned citizens call to report these incidents concerning the welfare of these juveniles that appear to be underage,” Yager added. Several years ago, the Town Board passed ordinance 1068 regulating the use of golf carts, four wheelers, dirt bikes, all-terrain vehicles, and go karts on the public roads in Cheyenne.
