Area 4 Greer County, Upper Washita & North Fork of Red River Conservation Districts Announce Cost-Share Assistance Available: Soil Health Initiative

The Greer County, Upper Washita and North Fork of Red River Conservation Districts have announced that funds are available for cost share assistance on selected conservation practices benefiting soil health. The State of Oklahoma has provided limited funds to our conservation districts to help landowners implement measures that protect soil and water resources. Conservation practices available for cost-share assistance through the Greer County, Upper Washita and North Fork of Red River Conservation Districts include: Cover Crops, Conservation Cover, Residue and Tillage Management, and Range management. The percentage of cost-share will be up to 85% for qualifying practices in this program.…
