B.E.A.R. Mentor of the Year

Mr. Joe Hay is the Cheyenne B.E.A.R. Mentor of the Year for 2019-2020. He has been a mentor since the program began in 2014. Mr. Hay is a dedicated mentor who gives his time, service, and energy to support, inspire, and encourage our Cheyenne Bear students. Mr. Hay is married to Nancy. They have two grown children. Ben Hay lives in Stillwater, OK. Bryce Hay and his wife Brandi and their three children live here in Cheyenne. Joe and Nancy’s three grandkids are Brianna, Brysan, and Bryler.
