Bob was born June 17, 1949 in Sayre, Oklahoma to Clarence and Betty Conway. He graduated from Cheyenne High School. He married the love of his life, Venita Matthews on September 3, 1971 in Durham, Oklahoma and they had one child. After his retirement, he built a quilt shop for Venita behind their home. They enjoyed traveling, including a trip up the Pacific coast and an Alaskan cruise. Bob liked gardening and canning foods.
