CASA Volunteer Sworn

Patsy Sullivan of Elk City was recently sworn to serve as CASA’s newest volunteer in the 2nd Judicial District by Judge Pat VerSteeg. She is a wife and mother of three children. Her husband Frank is employed in the oil and gas industry. Upon being officially sworn Patsy expressed, “I am excited to have the opportunity to speak up for a child and hopefully make a difference in the life of a child.” Each year, thousands of children in Oklahoma are removed from their homes because of abuse and neglect.
