The Cheyenne-RM Chamber will sponsor the third annual Costume Contest on Halloween this Thursday. Be at the Chamber Building aby 5pm. There will be two age groups 0-6 and 7-12. There will also be a Dog Costume Contest. First and second prizes in each category. Downtown Trick-or-Treating will be Thursday from 3:30-5:00 p.m. and the Cheyenne-Reydon All Sports Booster Club will have their annual Halloween Carnival from 5:30-8:30 at the Ag Pavilion in Cheyenne.
