It was a great day to celebrate America! The wind kept everyone cool and there was an occasional few drops of moisture for the Fourth of July Celebration in the Cheyenne City Park. Thank you to the Cheyenne- Roger Mills Chamber and to all the donors for putting on a great afternoon of activities for the whole family.
