Cheyenne 50 Years Ago

Scores of people are visiting the Ceramics Show in Cheyenne daily. The show is being held at the Black Kettle Museum. Thirty individuals are exhibiting their ceramic artwork, along with students of Mrs. Evans Fuchs of Mayfield. Erma Lea Burns of Cheyenne has been giving instructions in ceramics for the past four years and is an outstanding instructor. Another excellent instructor is Shirley Whitson. Mrs. Mildred Gholston, Elk City, a traveling instructor, also instructs in Cheyenne. Judges for the show were: Mildred Gholston and Mary Maynard of Enid.
