Cheyenne 50 Years Ago

Melvin Sasser, Cheyenne, was first runner-up in the state “Oklahoma Farmer-Rancher of the Year” contest at the State Fair in Oklahoma City. Out of 40 exhibits entered in the State Fair of Oklahoma by 4-H Club members of Roger Mills County, 21 placed in state competition.
