Chamber of Commerce of Cheyenne has designated Bob Holley Citizen of the Week. Without being asked, paid nor any thought of praise, Bob had pride enough in Cheyenne to completely clean a three- block area on main street by himself. He carried all bottles, cans, and trash to a barrel. In the past weeks many of our citizens have mowed right of ways along streets, vacant lots and cleaned along the building and curbing.
