Frank Tidwell, Cheyenne and Wayne Vignal, Hammon, will leave Saturday for Marco Island, Florida. There they will tour area farms observing their farm practices and pasture improvement projects. The two young men were delegated to represent the Upper Washita Conservation District.The Cheyenne Chamber has announced their Board of Directors and committee members for the upcoming year.
