Roy LeGrand, Reydon High School graduate and Regina Allen, Hammon High School graduate, have been awarded an Institutional Scholarship by Southwestern State College in Weatherford. Roy is the son of Mr. & Mrs. A.B. LeGrand, the youth plans to major in pharmacy.
