Robert C. Hayward has been named undersheriff by Leon Gilliland, sheriff. Mr. Hayward has had six years’ experience with military forces and has had one years’ experience in law enforcement in Beckham County. Mr. Hayward and family now reside in Cheyenne.Past presidents of the Kiwanis Club of Cheyenne, their first ladies and children were honored Tuesday evening June 12th with a hamburger supper and horseshoe pitching contest at Dead Indian Park.
