The 4th of July celebration in Cheyenne sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce was a grand success.Designed as an old time picnic entertainment included music by the Roger Mills Discords, SquareDancing by an Elk City group, and patriotic addresses by Rev. W.D. Montgomery and Mrs. GilesPeterson. Youngsters enjoyed covered wagon rides, courtesy of Spec Lester.
