An agricultural building for Roger Mills County is possible without any increase in taxes. The funds would be provided by donations and a matching fund by the County Commissioners from a portion of revenue sharing money received by the county. It is proposed to start with a $30,000 building to which more space could be added in the future. The building would be located on county land in Black Kettle Park near the UWCD Seed House.
