The employees at Security State Bank recently celebrated with a coke party after the resources of the bank exceeded $8 million for the first time in history. Deposits are approximately $7.2 million and the Capital Account $800,000. Employees celebrating were Donovan Wesner, Sue Dean, Nina Payne, Viola Burns, Maxelene Coker, L.L. Males, Shirley Barber, Lila Muriel Beaty, Kay Barton and Susan Poindexter. Missing the celebration was Frank Tidwell and Beth Briggs.
