Cheyenne 50 Years Ago

Cheyenne’s first annual Art Festival Saturday, October 31st was a great event for this city. Twenty-five exhibitors of Roger Mills County displayed more than 100 entries at Black Kettle Museum. The festival was sponsored by the Cheyenne Art Guild Club and judged by Mr. Coffelt, Art Instructor at Sayre Junior College. Winners are listed in the order of winning, first, second, third.
