Steve Gondalez Reyna born January 3, 1870 was the first baby of the year at Roger Mills County Memorial Hospital in Cheyenne. The 6 pound, 13-1/2 ounce boy is the son of Mr. & Mrs. Steve Reyna of Strong City. The winter weather is the headline news in Roger Mills County as well as the rest of the state. Starting Monday, January 12th, this county experienced six continuous days of fog so dense that driving on highways was hazardous.
