A former resident of Roger Mills County, Dwight Rymer, has been named as a special assistant to Oklahoma’s new governor, David hall. Dwight is the son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Ike Rymer. He graduated from Cheyenne High School and enlisted in the Army during World War II. Misti Dail Clift has the honor of being the New Year baby at the Roger Mills County Memorial Hospital in Cheyenne.
