Cheyenne Art Students Stay Busy!

Manuel Valdez Third Place at the ElkCity Fall Festival Abby Knisely received a merit award forher scratchboard at the State Fair Abby Knisley, 7th grade, Scratch Board The Cheyenne High School Art Department participated in the Oklahoma Student Art Exhibit at the Oklahoma State Fair in Oklahoma City. This year, ninety-three schools from across the state participated in the Oklahoma Student Art Exhibit. From those ninety-three schools, 1,533 pieces of artwork grades K-12 were entered. Of those entered, 1,001 were accepted into the show. From the 1,001 pieces accepted, 10 special honors, 50 exceptional merits, and 252 merits were awarded.…
