Cheyenne Fifty Years Ago

Mrs. John Casady of Cheyenne has been named a committee member of the Oklahoma Heritage Association. J.C. Archer, Cheyenne, received serious injuries last Thursday when flames practically consumed the mattress upon which he was sleeping. He is in the Veterans Hospital in Oklahoma City where his chances for survival are rated at 20%. Debbie Bonds of Cheyenne will be performing with the Southwestern Classics and the Southwestern State College Marching Band of Weatherford at the November 7th televised Denver Bronco-Detroit Lion Football game in Denver, Colorado.
