Cheyenne Public School Adopts New Tobacco Policy

The Cheyenne Board of Education recently adopted a revised policy on tobacco use. Reflecting on the recent trend of the use of vaping products and the health concerns that have been linked to it, the administration recommended a different consequence for the possession and/ or usage. After approval by the Cheyenne Board of Education on the recommendations, the policy was sent to the Oklahoma State School Boards Association for final draft and posting on the CPS website.
