Cheyenne Utility Authority Receives $100,000 for Water System Funding

OKLAHOMA CITY – The Cheyenne Utility Authority (Authority) received approval Tuesday for $100,000 in funding from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) to improve the Authority’s water infrastructure. Construction of upgrades and improvements to the water system will be financed by through a 100 percent loan forgiveness loan through the Oklahoma Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF). The Authority will utilize the funds for the construction of a mixing and aeration system in the water distribution tower.
