Monday, June 8, 2020 the Washita Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution met at the Café Clinton. Regent Carol Ann Batterton, opened with the DAR ritual with Chaplin Virginia Reid assisting. The group participated in the Pledge of Allegiance, the American’s Creed and the Preamble to the Constitution, Nancy Lisle gave the President General’s message, as well as a review of the chapters Memorial Day service at the grave of Lura Pierce Hollar.
