District One Health Departments Continuing Encouragement of COVID-19 Boosters 54.3% of Roger Mills County Citizens Eligible to Receive Booster Have Not Yet Received One

The District One County Health Departments are encouraging those who have not yet received COVID-19 boosters, to go ahead and do so to boost protection against COVID-19. All Oklahomans ages 18 and up are encouraged to get a booster shot if it’s been six months since their initial Pfizer or Moderna series or two months since their initial J&J vaccine. Individuals ages 16-17 are also now eligible to receive the Pfizer booster shot.
