The Cheyenne Roger Mills Chamber of Commerce will be sponsoring Downtown Trick or Treating on Thursday, October 31st. The event will begin at 3:30 and end at 5:00. Residential trick or treating will also be on October 31st. The Chamber will be giving away free hot dogs and drinks at the Chamber building. There will be a costume contest at 5:00 at the Chamber building. There will be a first and second prize winner in age groups 0 – 6 and 7 – 12.
