The Memorial Day weekend was a very busy one for all the citizens of Durham area. Thanks to the ones who came to the community building on Friday to help set up for the Alumni. Some of the Willing Workers went to the cemetery on Friday afternoon to put out wreaths for the veterans’ graves. The Alumni was Saturday, and we had a pretty good crowd. Lee Voorhees Scoggins and her husband came from Carson City, Nevada. The Shaw family and the Moon family joined us. Marvin and Eltha Hensley who have always lived the closest except when they moved…
