Summer has arrived. Wheat harvest is in full swing. It sure felt like the devil was dancing on Tuesday. The winds were gusting up to 65 mph and there was dirt in the air. I heard one farmer’s wife say we were almost half done and the humidity was ok but the static electricity was so bad we didn’t go to the fields because just one spark and the whole countryside would go up in flames.
