The Durham Willing Workers Club ladies are busy with final preparations for the BBQ rib cookoff on October 22. There have been so many community events in the past that we no longer have that a few of us Durhamites decided to get back to work and make our community thrive again. The club is still taking orders for pecans. The Durham Quilting Bees aka The Old Sew and Sews on Tuesdays had a very productive and fun day on Thursday.
