Durham

The DWW sponsored Rib Cookoff held on Saturday was a big success. There were over 150 who attended. Many that were unable to attend sent donations and the club appreciated everyone who helped in any way. We raised enough money to work on the roof for the community building. If a community doesn’t have a place to gather then you can’t say you have a community. The Durham people were overwhelmed by the outpouring of support. We are continuing to hear from people that think this should be an annual event. Barbara Hawkins Santa quilt won the People’s Choice Award…
