Durham

The weather has been so nice. I ended up with two inches from last week and it all came slow and soaked in. I’m almost ready for fall.The Durham Quilting Bees had a very nice cool rainy day to quilt for this month. Beth Milner was the hostess with her Vintage Charm King sized quilt. It was a beautiful rendition of the old 40’s quilts with new bright reproduction fabric. Lending their stitches were Barbara, Lucille, Linda, Janet, Janna, Pat, and Karen.The DWW will sell pecans for $13.00 a pound this year. It is their only fundraiser, and their project…
