Elk City Man Dies in Two-Vehicle Crash

Mark Forester, age 41 of Elk City, Oklahoma was pronounced deceased at the scene of a two-vehicle accident on July 10, 2022. The collision occurred at approximately 4:05 pm, half a mile west of Elk City. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the accident. Forester was driving a 2010 Chevrolet HHR with three juvenile passengers. The 13-year-old male was transported by Elk City EMS to Great Plains Regional Medical Center then transferred to OU Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City.
