Cameron Gladd appeared in Beckham County Court with his counsel Randolph Meacham on September 10, 2019. The State announced dismissal of Counts 2, 7 and 8 without costs. These counts were Violation of Computer Crimes Act and two counts of Sexual Battery. Gladd pled no contest to the remaining five counts of Soliciting Sexual Conduct or Communication with a Minor by use of Technology, Rape by Instrumentation, Two Counts of Forcible Oral Sodomy and Sexual Battery.
