Good news! Visitation is Opening Up More Each Passing Week

The CMS.Gov website includes updated visitation information and is easy to access. There following are some common issues under the revised CMS and CDC Guidance: 1. Can the facility refuse indoor visits? The facility should be allowing indoor visitation “at all times for all residents.” There are a few specific exceptions that could include an uptick of the county’s positivity rate–the resident is in quarantine or has a confirmed case of COVID-19 or there has been an…
