GRANT…Roger Mills County Emergency Management received a grant for $9,880 from Plains Pipeline. The funds will be used to install a EC Chat Server for push-to-talk services for all County First Responders. The new service will turn a cell phone into a walkie-talkie. “We are always looking for ways to improve safety and help educate our first responders and officers that are in close proximity to our pipelines and facilities,” said Clayton Painter from Plains Pipeline.
