Late Paper Delivery Under Review

Recent changes to the way the United States Postal Service delivers mail in the 736 area, including the way subscribers receive their copy of The Cheyenne Star has had some major problems in the last few months. Prior to the change, newspapers going to addresses with a 736 zip code stayed in Clinton before being delivered to area post offices.
