Having attended the Old Settlers Reunion (OSR) recently has compelled me to write. The earliest one that I remember attending was the 1952 event. I have attended nearly everyone since that time. Each time I attend I have such a good time reconnecting with longtime friends, family, and the community I grew up in. I look forward to the OSR every five years. I am so proud to have been raised in Cheyenne where “the village did raise the children”.
