Lyndsay Nicole Bogges, 37, of Cheyenne, Oklahoma was born on November 29, 1982 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is the daughter of Ted Wayne Fitzhugh Jr. and Linda Elaine (Brown) Zurhorst. Lyndsay went to be with her Heavenly Father on May 13, 2020 in Amarillo, Texas.
On February 24, 2007 Lyndsay married the love of her life, Gary Shadd Bogges in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
She was a teacher’s aide and a youth softball coach for several teams which gave her the ability to touch and make a difference in many young girls lives. Lyndsay enjoyed home decorating, remodeling, snow skiing, jet skiing at the lake, playing any sports or board games with her kids. She will be remembered as a wonderful mother, a loving wife, and a beautiful daughter. Lyndsay was an active member of the First Baptist Church in Cheyenne, Oklahoma.
Funeral services were held at 1:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 20, 2020 at the First Baptist Church in Cheyenne, Oklahoma. Dr. Dennis Hooper officiated. Services wetr live streamed on Martin-Dugger Facebook page for those that cannot attend due to the COVID-19 restrictions.
Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery in Elk City, Oklahoma. Services have been entrusted to the care of Richard and Tammy Dugger and the staff of Martin- Dugger Funeral Home in Elk City, Oklahoma.
Cherishing her memory is her loving husband, Shadd Bogges of the home; one daughter, Emma Grace Bogges; two sons, Ayden Ramsey Bogges and Boston Cash Bogges; her mother, Linda Zurhorst; step-father, Peter Zurhorst; father and mother-in-law, Gary and Barbara Bogges; numerous other loved ones, family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her father, Ted Fitzhugh Jr.; Paternal Grandparents; Maternal Grandmother. Memorials can be made to the Lyndsay Bogges Memorial Fund in care of Martin-Dugger Funeral Home, P.O. Box 707, Elk City, Oklahoma 73648.
