Recently, I have briefly written about Augusta’s rise to fame. This information came from articles and books about Augusta. As I have started digging deeper into her life, I thought I would share her story from the beginning. Augusta was born to Edward and Mary Corson on November 10, 1881, in Vermillion, Kansas.
