As my readers remember, I have been reporting on what was considered a brief sketch of the public service of Mary Corson’s brother, and Augusta’s uncle, George Davidson. These articles have been taken from Giants of Science, “Mining and Scientific Press.” This sketch has featured George as their most prominent Pacific Coast scientist. Charles G. Yale, writer of this sketch was Secretary of the California Academy of Science and a co-laborer with Professor Davidson for thirteen or fourteen years.
