New Deadline for Census

The 2020 U.S. Census has extended their deadline to October 31, 2020. The census was originally set to end on April 1. However, it was later extended to October 31 when the pandemic began to have a heavy impact on the nation and it was deemed unsafe for some of the traditional response collection methods such as going door to door. The deadline was then changed again by the U.S. Census Bureau to September 30, but when responses were still low, they extended the ever-moving deadline to October 5.
