CHEYENNE, Oklahoma: Kate Roesch is the new Education Ranger for Washita Battlefield National Historic Site. She worked at the battlefield for two months this past summer as a Park Guide before being hired permanently for her current position. She came to Oklahoma from the National Mall in Washington D.C. and for the last three years has worked at George Washington Memorial Parkway, Manassas National Battlefield Park, and Ford’s Theatre National Historic Site.
