NFEC Light Vandalized at Berlin Cemetery

October 25, 2019 – The 400- watt light that illuminates the American Flag at the Berlin Cemetery has been damaged beyond repair after being shot out. The crime was reported on October 18, 2019 by a Berlin cemetery board member who is also on NFEC lines. Upon closer inspection, NFEC’s District Lineman, TJ Dorrell, determined that the light was irreparable and has since been replaced, at a cost of $1,000 to the coop.
