The Cheyenne October Student of the Month is Miss Hayley Whiteneck! Hayley is the daughter of Angela Thomas and Nathan Whiteneck. Hayley is very active at Cheyenne High School playing basketball, running cross country and track and leading organizations! She is a basketball co-captain for the Lady Bears. Hayley is the president of Principal’s Leadership Council, president of Business Professionals of America and the secretary of National Honor Society.
