The Oklahoma Department of Corrections locked down all facilities on Friday, November 27, after more than 20 inmates were assaulted at three male prisons. The assaults occurred at North Fork Correctional Center, Jess Dunn Correctional Center and Oklahoma State Penitentiary. Several of the injured were transported to hospitals, officials said. ODOC corrections staff along with agents from the Office of the Inspector General are investigating what sparked the altercations.
