Denise Parman, winner of the Shop Cheyenne Gift Certificate! The Cheyenne Roger Mills Chamber of Commerce Annual Arts and Crafts Show enjoyed a lot of visitors! There were lots of vendors with an array of unique items. Santa visited with all the children and handed out treats. Lots of boys and girls turned out to visit with him.
