“Monday, March 16, 2020 is the deadline to file your personal property assessments without a late penalty,” stated Sarah Batterton, Roger Mills County Assessor. “And new applications for homestead exemption must be filed by March 16,” she added. Double homestead exemptions and the valuation freeze applications will also need to be filed by March 16th.To qualify for a double homestead exemption, the total gross income from all sources occupying the same household cannot exceed $20,000.
