Patty Ray, a junior at Reydon, wrote one of the four essays chosen in this service area for Northfork Electric Cooperative’s Youth Tour Scholarship contest. She will present her essay and be interviewed at a special Northfork banquet given in honor of the finalists and attended by these finalists and their special guests and family.
